About Your Personal Virtual Assistant |
|
||
| I have been working as an independent virtual
assistant for the last six years. I began working with websites when
I worked for a company who provided websites to real estate agents. During
my tenure with this company I took phone calls from clients who needed
help making changes to their websites. Many of these calls required that
I create new graphics and content on the fly and in some cases teach the
site owner how to use some of the tools I used. Other calls involved complete
site redesigns or the reorganizing of the sites content.
In 2003 I left this company so that I could work as an independent personal virtual assistant. Working as a virtual office assistant for a large firm I saw first hand how large firms train and instruct their virtual administrative assistants. Large companies that offer virtual assistant services coach their virtual assistants to work as machines and as quickly as possible. More often than not these virtual assistants will fix your problems but will do so according to company protocol and when they are unable to resolve your issue it gets escalated where it must wait for a more experienced assistant to review it. Due in large part to the cold and impersonal services that I saw being given I resigned from my job with the goal of starting my own business. Theres no substitute for personal, attentive, and warm service. I wanted to take this philosophy and couple it with my experiences editing and optimizing websites so that site owners would have one contact available to them at all times to address all needs concerning their websites. Additionally I have no bottom line or overhead to concern myself with so when your website has needs they get addressed thoroughly and you get my full attention. Should you decide to allow me to work with your website you will also be charged fairly for any virtual assistant charges you incur. In addition I work with one flat rate so there are no monthly or unseen fees waiting to surprise you. With the exception of copywriting all of the work I do is addressed by me and only me. For those clients who are in need of copywriting I outsource this to my husband who just happens to be a professional copywriter. Graphics, content, keyword research and even redesigns are handled solely by me. I have found that this helps site owners as there is no red tape to cut through when you need something done to your website. This also means that there is only one individual responsible and accountable for your website which helps get changes and modifications done in a quickened manner. If youre tired of working with large companies who only offers selective virtual assistant services and want a more comprehensive virtual assistant contact me today at either 714-726-4485 or Jenn@VirtualAssistanttoHire.com. Allowing me to manage your site gets you an honest and hardworking virtual office assistant without over inflated fees.
